Terms of Service

1. The service. Squadbook is a Discord bot that records games your group reports and shows statistics about them. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may change or be discontinued at any time.
2. Your responsibilities. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not use Squadbook to harass anyone, to record people who have not agreed to take part, or to attempt to access other servers' data.
3. Accuracy. Stats are only as good as what is logged. Squadbook is not responsible for disputes about who really won.
4. Premium. Premium features are sold through Discord's in-app subscriptions. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Discord under Discord's terms. Premium features may change over time.
5. Third-party content. Magic: The Gathering card data and images are provided by Scryfall and are the property of Wizards of the Coast. Squadbook is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast, Discord, Valve, or any game publisher. Game names are used for identification only.
6. Data. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Server organizers can delete their server's data at any time with /config delete-all-data.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The IOn Project is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Squadbook. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium in the preceding twelve months.
8. Changes. These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
